At the Network we strive to prioritize educational resources and accessibility. By partnering with organizations like the Latino Action Network Foundation to promote policy recommendations and advocacy plans.

Health & Wellness is at the forefront of our work. From the Youth Resource Index to the Breaking Barriers Initiative.

Our environmental sustainability priority is a pillar of our work. From promoting recycling systems with school districts to coordinating workshops on the importance of a green environment and health impacts. We have partnered with @elizabethpublicschools @cityofelizabeth Councilwoman-At-Large Patricia Perkins Auguste to advance this environmental goal.

Our Board theme of ¨Year of Youth Breaking Barriers"pushes for advancing civic engagement throughout the State. Advocating for more productive opportunities for youth to learn the importance of civic participation.

Our team works to prepare individuals to enter the workforce. From resume building, & cover letters to head shots, and mock interviews.

We are working to prepare for the next generation of leaders.
